This was my first time with a male model other than my hubby. I think he did a great job, he was very easy to photograph. These are my favourites from this session

Earl Wedding

I can only hope that these photos illustrate the fun, love, and great family that I witnessed throughout this day. I started the day early with alicia and her bridal party at the hair salon. Meanwhile Marty (my second shooter and love of my life) took on the boys at Calvins house. I followed the girls back up to Alicia's mom's house so that they could finishing beautifying and getting dressed. They got married at Holy Family Parish by Deacon Rissling. He did a great job with the ceremony. We then moved on to Kin coulee to find the spots we wanted to shoot in were taken. We found a little area nestled in the trees and took some beautiful and super fun formals. Did I mention the bride was a knock out? The wedding party was a blast and it was nice to see the support and love offered to the happy couple. The reception was full of laughter and tears. A slideshow, loud music, singing and dancing followed. I wish this couple all the happiest of moments in the future. They deserve it!

Carla and Blair

Okay this couple was super cute and a lot of fun. Just when I thought we were at our max for cute, their little girl showed up and blew me away. This little darling stole my heart right away. Carla and Blair were married months earlier but wanted to hold a reception and get some wedding photos done.

I want to make it clear that I was not the official photographer at this wedding. I was a guest of a guest. When I saw the emotions and love this couple had for eachother I had to take out my camera. This was one of the most romantic weddings that I have ever been to!

Matching bedroom photos.

I was on holidays from my day job this week. I didn't get into the studio until Thursday. I did manage to test out some different lighting and technique. As I was going through my pictures and thinking I would like to put some of these up in the bedroom I came to the conclusion that I needed some matching ones of the hubby. These were the ones we ended up settling on.

Brett and Camryns Yearly photos

It was another hot day in the hat. Fortunately kids don't seem to mind the heat so much and can smile like it's temperate outside and it doesn't even matter. The occaision this time was the yearly birthday photos for the kids. I got some really good shots of them. The older boy is just starting that age where he doesn't want to pose so much for the camera, but his mother got him to show his pearly whites. God bless mothers. The little girl will pose for the camera as soon as it's pointed her way. She is definately model perfect.

Talitha and Audrie

I had the pleasure of photographing this little girl and her mother in my studio. Audrie was super good at first taking in all of her surroundings and smiling, and smiling and smiling at me. By the time we were have done the shoot she was very tired and ready for a big long break. We gave her some time and before we knew it, she was ready to pose for just a short time more.

Kim and Chris

I had the delight to shoot kim and Chris not only once but twice this year for their engagement photos. The first time we went out to Echodale. It got dark fast but we did manage to catch a few keepers as both of them had quite radiant smles in the surrounding dusk. A few weeks later we headed out to Centenial Park. They were a delight to shoot! Chris and Kim have these sparkling personalities that really seem to come out in front of the lens. These two love eachother and I got the photos to prove it!

Baby Portrait

This little guy was so much fun. I have never seen a baby be so happy and patient in the hot sun. He had fantastic red spiky hair. I really contemplated asking his mom if I could take him home with me.

Brett & Tiana

Brett had asked me to do some photos of his girlfriend Tiana for her grad. The two of them are a wonderful couple and were very natural in front of the camera. They seemed to have a lot of fun during the shoot, as did I. Her dress was fabulous with a corset lacing up the back. We ended the shoot by taking a couple of photographs with his gorgeous red truck.
